Bali Village Programs 10

June brought to the end a series of 12 village screening and operating programs in Bali (January to June) that were part-funded by the Direct Aid Program (DAP) of the Bali Australian Consulate-General, and we thank DAP for this valuable funding.

In May and June, eleven village programs were held in Bali, screening 4,605 people, giving glasses to 2,807 treating 1,015 for eye infections and restoring sight to 111 cataract blind people.

We thank the individual and group donors who supported these programs, and were delighted that some of them could join the JFF team in the villages to see firsthand the effects of their donations.
