Life Changing Surgery – Clinic At JFF Premises

In an exciting venture celebrating the 59th anniversary of Kodam IX/Udayana (Army District of Udayana comprising Bali and the provinces to the east, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara), JFF held a clinic for cleft patients and others who would benefit from corrective surgery. The clinic was conducted as part of a technologytransferprogramwith volunteer plastic surgeons, Dr Tim Cooper, AM from Perth, Australia, and Dr Jesse Kenton-Smith, a specialist in palate surgery from Christchurch, New Zealand, with Letkol CKM dr IGN Aryana, SpB from the Udayana Army Hospital, Denpasar. Thirty patients attended the clinic, with their family members, and 18 were selected for surgery, starting the following day.
