Imagine a world where vision isn’t just a luxury but a right to be exercised by every citizen. That world is closer than you think, thanks to the groundwork of our Bali Village Eye Programs. For the period of March and April, we’re proud to have reported the following outcomes.
Reflecting on the achievements of the past month, our Bali Eye Programs resulted in tangible improvements in vision health, thanks to the generous contributions of donors like Tony & Dianne Vankeule, Robert Monk, and many more.
Outcomes: 2,512 people with eye problems screened, 1,549issued with glasses, 873 treated for eye infections, and 71 underwent cataract operations to restore their sight.

During May and June our team conducted 13 village eye programs, 8 eye clinics and 7 operating sessions at Headquarters, resulting in 92 blind people being restored to sight.
