Eye Programs 2

JFF’s busy schedule of eye programs continued, with two offshore eye programs, 15 Bali village programs, and 14 eye clinics and 11 operating sessions at Headquarters in this two-month period. JFF’s Outreach Eye Clinics in Lombok, East Java and North Bali were also active, operating 403 blind people.

A total of 1,067 blind people had their sight restored, 5,413 people with vision loss received a pair of glasses, 2,672 were treated for infections and 8,671 people with vision problems were checked

The John Fawcett Foundation (JFF) is a humanitarian not-for-profit organisation which assists needy people in Indonesia, particularly in the field of sight restoration and blindness prevention. It offers its assistance to Indonesian citizens in the lower socio-economic group free of charge and without religious, political or ethnic consideration.
