World Sight Day is an annual event organised by the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) to raise awareness of the importance of good eye care around the globe.

The theme for this year’s World Sight Day (Thursday 13 October) was ‘Love Your Eyes’, raising awareness to the importance of eye care.

This year, on World Sight Day, our team conducted an eye screening session in the District of Tabanan, Bali, and JFF’s consultant ophthalmologist, Dr Wayan Gde Dharyata, gave a seminar to the team on maintaining the high quality of services.
