Pada bulan Mei dan Juni, 26 orang dipasangi mata palsu yang dibuat khusus – 13 perempuan dan 13 laki-laki. Usia mereka berkisar antara 10 hingga 75 tahun, dengan sebagian besar menerima mata palsu pertama mereka. Empat pasien berasal dari Bali, sementara 22 orang lainnya menerima mata palsu mereka melalui program mata di luar negeri JFF.

Our team flew to Bajawa on the island of Flores in April to conduct an eye screening and operating program. Outcomes: 520 adults with eye problems were checked, and 120 received sight-restoring operations. Our thanks to donors, Tom Miller and the Flores Village Group, who supported this program.

Sebanyak 33 orang menerima mata palsu pada bulan Januari dan Februari, terdiri dari 15 pria dan 18 wanita, semuanya dibuat secara khusus oleh ahli mata palsu JFF. Dua puluh sembilan pasien dipasangi mata palsu mereka dalam program mata palsu di Jember pada bulan Januari, sisanya di Bali.
