Welcoming New Board Members and Thanking Our Departing Directors

We extend our sincere thanks to Norbert Hoegerl OAM and David Miller OAM, who have retired from the JFF Australia Board this year after many years of dedicated service. Norbert has been a tremendous supporter of the Foundation since its early beginnings, contributing his professional technical expertise and practical knowledge to help strengthen our eye care programs over many years. David has served the Foundation as a Board Director, Chairman, and Company Secretary, providing valued leadership, legal insight and support, particularly as the Foundation developed its strategic plans and strengthened relationships throughout Indonesia.

We are deeply grateful to both Norbert and David for their longstanding commitment, contribution, and service to JFF, and wish them all the very best for the future.

As the Foundation looks ahead, we are pleased to welcome three new members to the JFF Australia Board — Yin Fang, Lydia Santoso, and Alana George — each bringing valuable expertise and perspectives. Yin brings extensive experience in law and governance; Lydia offers deep knowledge of Australia–Indonesia relations and cross-border legal and commercial matters; and Alana contributes more than two decades of experience in international development and eye health.

We look forward to the contribution of our new Board members and the experience, perspectives, and commitment they bring as the Foundation continues its work to restore sight and improve lives throughout Indonesia.
