Sejak didirikan, para profesional medis berpengalaman telah mengabdikan waktu mereka untuk Yayasan John Fawcett, memberikan perawatan pemulihan penglihatan bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Namun, angka kebutaan tetap tinggi. Hal ini mendorong dokter Qiang Li dan Elaine Ong yang berbasis di Perth untuk mempertanyakan, \u201cBagaimana kita bisa membantu?\u201d. JFF CREATE menantang keyakinan bahwa dokter muda tidak dapat membawa perubahan.
