We received the sad news that John Hollingshead OAM, passed away last week. John was the co-founder, with John Fawcett, of the Bali Mobile Eye Clinic which became The John Fawcett Foundation in the year 2000. John Hollingshead was instrumental in obtaining the Rotary grant which enabled the project to begin. He was made a Life Member of the Foundation in the early 2000s and retained his interest in our Foundation through the years. Our sympathies go to his widow, Helen, and the family.
