Professor John Crompton, from Adelaide, South Australia, and also a JFF board member,
visited bali in march to conduct surgical training sessions with ophthalmologists working in JFF’s programs.
Professor Crompton travelled out to the villages with the mobile eye clinic team to assess and up-skill the ophthalmic surgeons, getting a feel for the often difficult conditions experienced by our teams in the field.
