Ramadan Campaign: Buka Mata. Buka Hati. (Open Eyes. Open Hearts.)

During the holy month of Ramadan, the Foundation launched the “Buka Mata. Buka Hati.” (Open Eyes. Open Hearts.) campaign, inviting our community to share the spirit of compassion and generosity by restoring sight to those in need. Throughout Indonesia, millions of people continue to live with preventable or treatable vision impairment simply because they cannot afford the care they need.

Through this campaign, donations help provide essential eye care services, from screenings and medication to sight-restoring cataract surgery for patients who would otherwise remain untreated.

A single cataract surgery can restore sight and transform a life.

As we continue our work throughout the year, we remain deeply grateful for the generosity of our supporters. Together, we can bring sight, hope, and dignity to many more people throughout Indonesia.

The John Fawcett Foundation (JFF) is a humanitarian not-for-profit organisation which assists needy people in Indonesia, particularly in the field of sight restoration and blindness prevention. It offers its assistance to Indonesian citizens in the lower socio-economic group free of charge and without religious, political or ethnic consideration.

RENEWING HOPE. UPLIFTING LIVES. RESTORING SIGHT.
