Gede Bingin has been with the John Fawcett Foundation for thirty years and now runs our Indonesian operation. We’re looking for a coach to work with him as he takes it through its next chapter.

The role
What Gede is across
The organisation is moving into a new chapter, with growth in donations, in operational size and complexity, and in technology integration.
He deals with district health departments, regents, more than 90 ophthalmologists, universities, and donors in two countries.
He’s deploying clinics across the archipelago. These are complex logistical operations that take six to twelve months to plan.
We believe a coach will be able to catalyse the effectiveness of his work and help us reach our mission of restoring eye health across Indonesia.
Inheritance
What Gede learns, the team inherits
We’d like what Gede learns to reach the rest of the team. In the first year he’d work through it with his two direct reports, then the next tier of team leads, until everyone on staff has a development plan of their own.
